SWIMMING

Participants in Elite Fitness Swim Lessons to become more comfortable and secure around water and learn about water safety and practice swimming skills.

As your level advances our stroke clinics are geared towards swimmers who want to focus on mastering one specific stroke at a time, such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.

KARATE

Karate is a martial art developed in the Ryukyu Kingdom. It developed from the indigenous Ryukyuan martial arts under the influence of Kung Fu, particularly Fujian White Crane. Karate is now predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands and palm-heel strikes.

TABATA

The Tabata Program Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've ever endured.

Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo.
